PawLedger helps you track pet profiles, health records, reminders, costs, vet notes, and AI-assisted summaries. We collect only information needed to run these features, keep your account working, improve app quality, and respond to support requests.
PawLedger does not replace veterinary care. AI summaries support personal organization only. Ask a licensed veterinarian for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency advice.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
We may collect your name, email address, login provider, account ID, device language, and app settings.
Pet care information
You may add pet names, photos, species, breed, age, weight, medical records, vaccine dates, medication notes, allergy notes, vet visit notes, reminders, expenses, and documents you choose to upload.
AI summary content
When you ask PawLedger to create a vet summary or organize notes, the app may process the pet care information you provide for that request.
Device and usage information
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostic data, feature usage, notification status, and approximate region derived from device or network settings.
Notification information
If you enable push notifications, we may process device push tokens, notification preferences, delivery status, and reminder metadata so PawLedger can send alerts.
3. How We Use Information
- Run core app features, including pet profiles, health logs, reminders, cost tracking, and vet notes.
- Create AI-assisted summaries when you request them.
- Send reminders, alerts, account messages, and support replies.
- Sync your data across devices if account sync is available.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve app reliability.
- Meet legal, tax, security, and app store obligations.
5. AI Processing
PawLedger may use third-party AI services to generate summaries or organize notes. Do not enter emergency information that needs immediate veterinary action. Do not enter information about other people unless you have permission.
We design AI features for organization and drafting. You should review AI output before using it, sharing it, or bringing it to a vet appointment.
6. Storage and Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. These safeguards may include encrypted transport, access controls, logging, backups, and provider security controls.
No app or storage system can guarantee complete security. Keep your device locked, protect your login credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide PawLedger, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information unless we need to keep it for legal, security, or operational reasons.
To submit a request to delete your account and associated data for this app, email pawledger@serverfast2.tech with the subject “Delete PawLedger account.” We will review the request, verify account ownership if needed, and delete or de-identify account data unless we must keep certain records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
8. Your Choices
- You can update or delete pet records inside the app where those controls exist.
- You can disable push notifications in app settings or device settings.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us at pawledger@serverfast2.tech.
- You can request account deletion and associated data deletion by emailing pawledger@serverfast2.tech.
- You can stop using PawLedger and uninstall the app at any time.
9. Children
PawLedger is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. When we transfer information, we use safeguards required by applicable law where available.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when PawLedger changes or when legal requirements change. We will post the updated version in the app or on our website and update the effective date.
